Eastlake Is the Place to Live in Chula Vista CA
Owning a home in Eastlake is a smart decision.
Amidst a private and peaceful stretch of green farmlands, is a master-planned urbanized ever-expanding subdivision of Chula Vista. Eastlake is a neighborhood that aims to have in it what every family will ever need. This includes shops, parks, business centers, schools, as well as a serene landscape and beautiful environment. Eastlake is quite a secluded place, but it is also quite close to many big cities. What a great convenience, and a great place to build thousands of units for fresh families to live.
Although it is a master-planned community, Eastlake claims to have a great neighborly environment, with recreational events and activities for residents. It also has a golf course, swimming pools, children's play areas, picnic areas, jogging tracks, baseball and volleyball courts, pleasant outdoor barbeque areas, lakes, and beaches. Eastlake is conscious about the safety of its citizens. It offers best of both worlds persona, stating that while it is a peaceful close-to-nature place, it has easy access to the city, with shopping and the tourist attractions in San Diego.
Eastlake is quite a new township, it was established as late as 1987. Ever since than the idea has been growing to make it an idealistic and perfect place for people to live. Extensive master plans took place for an industrial/urban development in Eastlake. The area immediately began to develop, with plans for a complete build-out of units by 2010 (meaning there was to be no more space for new houses). At first, the land was all farmland. After that, businesses were built and funds raised to create schools in the area. The main project, however, was doing great. Large residential areas such as Eastlake Hills, Eastlake Greens, and Eastlake Shores all built-out of new homes 10 to 20 years ago and left newer places like Eastlake Vistas and Eastlake Trails North to be fully built out.
